The mal88 VIP Program is designed to reward loyal players. From weekly cashback to a personal account manager, every ringgit you put in brings you closer to Diamond status — and benefits you won't find anywhere else.
Why mal88 VIP?
Many other platforms offer "VIP programs" that are little more than a label — no real benefits, no meaningful difference from one tier to the next. mal88 is different. Our VIP Rewards Program is built on a simple principle: if you're loyal to us, we'll reward that loyalty with benefits that are real and worthwhile.
Since mal88 launched, hundreds of thousands of players from across Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Penang, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan, and Terengganu — have joined this VIP programme and enjoyed its benefits every week. There's no separate sign-up required. Simply register a mal88 account, start playing, and the system will automatically track your progress and upgrade your VIP tier based on your activity.
There are five tiers in the mal88 VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks a larger and more exclusive set of rewards. Your tier is determined by your total monthly deposits and gaming activity — the more actively you play, the faster you rise.
Five Tiers of Privilege
Upgrades are automatic. No time limits, no paperwork.

Weekly Cashback
Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited directly to your account — no claims required.
Cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week, not your total deposits. There is no maximum cashback cap for Platinum and Diamond members. Cashback is processed automatically every Monday before noon.
Rewards Points System
Beyond direct cashback, mal88 also runs a rewards points system that lets you accumulate points every time you play — and then exchange them for cash credits, free spins, or physical gifts through the mal88 rewards catalogue.
| Game Categories | Points per RM 10 wagered | VIP Multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 10 points | Up to 3x |
| Live Casino | 8 points | Up to 3x |
| Sports Betting | 6 points | Up to 2x |
| E-Sports | 7 points | Up to 2.5x |
| Poker / Blackjack | 5 points | Up to 2x |
The VIP Multiplier means Diamond members earn up to 3x more points than Bronze members for the same amount wagered.
Exclusive Privileges
More than just cashback — this is what a truly premium membership experience looks like.
Every time you make a deposit, a bonus is automatically credited based on your VIP tier — from +5% for Bronze all the way to +30% for Diamond members. The higher your tier, the bigger the bonus you receive with every top-up.
No claims needed, no support contact required. mal88's system automatically calculates your cashback every week and credits it directly to your account every Monday. Best rate for Diamond members: 8% of total net losses.
Platinum and Diamond members get access to a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp. They'll assist you with bonuses, withdrawals, technical queries, and any account issues — with a response time of under 5 minutes.
The higher your VIP tier, the faster your withdrawals are processed. Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals to their Malaysian bank account or e-wallet — Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX — with no queue and no delays.
Mal88 remembers your birthday. Every year, VIP members receive a special credit gift based on their tier — from RM 20 for Bronze to RM 888 for Diamond. It's credited automatically on your birthday with no claim needed.
Gold members and above gain access to exclusive live casino tables with higher betting limits and a more private gaming environment. VIP Baccarat, Private Blackjack, and Platinum Roulette tables are reserved for selected members only.
How It Works
Registration is free and takes under 2 minutes. Enter your name, Malaysian phone number, and email address. Verify via OTP and your account is instantly active.
Make a minimum deposit of RM 20 using your preferred method — Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). You'll be enrolled into the Bronze tier immediately.
Every game — slots, Live Casino, sports, e-sports, poker — counts toward your VIP progress. The system automatically tracks your monthly deposits and overall activity.
Once your activity meets the requirements for the next tier, the mal88 system will upgrade your VIP status within 24 hours and send you a notification. New rewards activate immediately.
Exclusive Offers
To welcome new members joining the mal88 VIP program, we offer a special bonus package for your first 30 days of membership. This includes additional deposit bonuses on your first three deposits, daily free spins for a week, and RM 10 free credits just for logging in every day during the first week.
The total bonus you can accumulate within your first 30 days can reach up to RM 888, depending on your level of activity. This is mal88's way of making sure your VIP journey starts with real value — not empty promises.

VIP Member Testimonials
"The 3.5% weekly cashback genuinely feels like a pay rise. Everything credits automatically — no claims needed. The deposit bonus is my favourite part; every time I top up, there's extra in my account right away. I've been at Gold tier for over a year now and have no reason to switch platforms."
"Reaching Diamond is a completely different experience. The instant withdrawals are the best part — I once withdrew RM 30,000 and it hit my Maybank account in under 3 minutes. My personal account manager is incredibly helpful too, always keeping me updated on bonuses and exclusive events."
"mal88's VIP Program is transparent — you can track your progress right in the dashboard and see exactly how much more you need to deposit to move up a tier. No hidden terms like on other platforms where you're left guessing. I've only been here 4 months and I'm already Platinum. Aiming for Diamond before Raya next year!"
